An individual who has tried to smuggle narcotics--usually in a balloon or condom--by either swallowing them or inserting them into an orrifice.

Usage:

Keith Richard's X-ray revealed that not only does he have a broken pelvis, but that he's also a body packer. He wasn't so much rolling stones as he was smuggling them.
